  • 1. Travel Fees

    Travel fees, based on NY county location, encompass a base flat fee covering business time, travel costs, and includes a waived notarization fee:

    Westchester - $125

    Putnam & Rockland - $150

    New York City - $175

    Orange & Dutchess: $200

  • 2. Day/Time Rates:

    Discover our flexible day/time rates, tailored to accommodate your specific scheduling needs. Whether it's a weekday, Saturday, Sunday, or even a holiday, our 24/7 mobile notary service ensures that your notarization requirements are met at a fair and competitive rate, no matter the time or day.

    9AM - 5PM (Normal Business Hours): $100

    5PM- 9PM (Evening): $125

    9PM-12AM (Night): $175

    12AM - 6AM (Overnight): $200

    6AM-9AM (Early Morning): $175

  • Saturday Rates

    9AM-5PM (Normal Business Hours): $125

    5PM - 9PM (Evening): $150

    9PM -12AM (Night): $200

    12AM - 6AM (Overnight): $250

  • Sunday/Holiday Rates

    9AM-5PM (Normal Business Hours): $150

  • 3. Document Type and Number

    For document notarization, enjoy added benefits with our offer of notarizing a second document free of charge. Any documents beyond two incur a fee of +$20 each, up to 8 additional documents. Please inquire about bulk discounts for notarizing 10+ documents.

    Our pricing model includes most document types that require notarization. For complex notarial acts requiring extra attention, a supplementary charge of $50 per additional half hour is applied on top of the standard rates after the initial 30 minutes. Clients will be notified of this charge, when applicable, upon consultation.

  • 4. Additional Fees

    Cancellation Fees - $100 (Apply for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointment)

    Provided Witness - $75 per hour, 1 hour min.

    Nursing Home/Hospice Visit - $50 (Covers COVID-19 Testing)

    Printing Services - $10 for first page, $0.99 per each page after

    Document Scan to PDF - $10 for first document, $5 for each document after

    FedEx Shipping - $25 + cost of shipping

    Waiting Fee - Ten minute grace period, $1.50 per minute after. Waiting fee applies up to one hour of waiting.
