Can you notarize remotely or online?
NY Speedy Notary currently conducts traditional, in-person notarization. As of January 31, 2023, New York State accepts electronic notarial acts. We are actively exploring the incorporation of electronic notarization and aim to offer this service in the near future. Stay tuned for updates.
